George Takei describes the moment when he and his family were sent to an internment camp.

oh my god

i was literally just talking about this piece of american history and how downplayed it is. like where are the movies about this shit? where are the teachers explaining how this happened in america?

its crazy man.

Let’s not forget that it was FDR, the icon of the left, who committed this blatant infringement on the rights of innocent citizens. Franklin D. Roosevelt, a Democrat, was responsible for this act of authoritarian bullying. What’s worse is, this guy constantly gets lauded as one of the top five presidents. The glorification of FDR’s presidency needs to stop.

i actually live right next to the land of one of these camps

The Chinese government boasts that the One-Child Policy has prevented over 400 million births, and announced in March 2013, that over the last four decades, they have aborted 336 million children, performed 196 million surgical sterilizations, and inserted 403 million IUD’s. The loss of life and imposition on the rights of mothers is staggering.
Another tragic consequence of the policy is China’s growing gender imbalance. Coupled with a traditional preference for males, the policy causes parents to kill their daughters through abortion, abandonment, or infanticide. This elimination of girls is called gendercide. Experts predict that by 2020, China will be home to 40 million more men than women under the age of 20. That number is equivalent to the total population of men under 20 in the U.S.
Abortion is the greatest human tragedy that has ever afflicted mankind. It has lessened our respect for life, for women, and for ourselves. It has killed more human beings than all of the wars, famines, genocides, and natural disasters in recorded history - combined.
Are you actively contributing to this human tragedy through your ‘pro-choice’ activism or are you passively contributing through your apathy and fear?

How can people not see that abortion is evil?

This is hilariously stupid. Why on earth is “nowyoukno” reblogging such inane crap?

First off, I’m not “reblogging any inane crap”. I posted this fact. I created this image in Photoshop CC and uploaded it, not reblogged it. So now you know that. Additionally, what is “stupid” about the window socket? “It offers a neat way to harness solar energy and use it as a plug socket. So far we have seen solutions that act as a solar battery backup, but none as a direct plug-in. Simple in design, the plug just attaches to any window and does its job intuitively.” I just don’t see what is so “stupid” about ingenuity.

I just don’t see it. Stupid? No. This is anything but.
